Cheryl is one of a kind when it comes to this business! We were relocating from out of state trying to find a home in a very volatile market. We had a very specific wish list with limited inventory which made it challenging! Through thick and thin Cheryl helped us find the perfect home. We had a little hiccup with what we thought was our initial dream home which ended up failing the home inspection terribly. During our absence since we were out of state she stuck with the inspector and helped us avoid a potential nightmare of a purchase! Once we did settle on the home we decided to purchase which was a new build...that had its own ups and downs. Like everything in 2021 there were builder delays. She went to bat for us when the appraisal came back at less than the agreed upon price with the purchase. She wouldn't settle for us paying more than house appraised for and helped us get a price we wanted with the extras we added to the spec home.
